Payment Agreement
1. Services and Payments:
This agreement establishes the terms between Dentriage and You. Dentriage agrees to provide specified services, and the client agrees to make payments as follows: an initial payment is due upon agreement signing, with subsequent progress payments based on mutually agreed milestones. The final payment is required upon the completion of services.
2. Late Payments and Suspension:
In the event of late payments, a fee, as specified in the agreement, will be applied. Dentriage reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to meet payment obligations. The client will receive written notice before any such action is taken.
3. Refunds and Taxes:
Refund policies are outlined, including conditions under which refunds may be issued. The client is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the payments made under this agreement.
4. Termination and Confidentiality:
Either party may terminate this agreement with advance notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information exchanged during the agreement. The governing law for this agreement is Your Jurisdiction.
5. Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Dentriage and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
